    Reheated eggs and potatos don’t normally do it for me but this is a solid meal. Sometimes you just don’t have time to make breakfast, this is a huge help on those days you start out behind.

    I order at least one of these every week. I stir the eggs, sweet potatoes, salsa, and goat cheese all together and eat it and it’s delicious!
