    This is a solid steak meal after a heavy workout. The steak isn’t over done and reheats nicely. I like to add butter and brown sugar to the sweet potatoes, and salt and pepper to the broccoli, but that isn’t nessicary they are still good plain.

    The steak is never over cooked – and when I’m in a hurry and eating this on the go with no time to heat, it still tastes amazing cold!
